The automatic drum & Ibc filling machine provides auto net weight filling with bunghole detection and orientation. Empty drums are fed into the Filling Machine via powered conveyor and rotated by an innovative motorized dual wheel drive system that allows a small overhead laser-based vision system to quickly find the bung location. Once this complete the dual wheel drive mechanism releases the drum and net-weight filled according to the stored filling recipe for that product. The automatic pallet drum liquid filling machine manufactured by ROCHIEV, is capable of holding a 60 to 1000 L of volume and operates on a maximum of 40 drums/hour. It is equipped with a detection system by camera, that permits to locate the positioning of the bunghole. In addition, this apparatus provides no handling of drums by the user.
